Instapak Quick Room Temperature (RT) foam packaging, provides users with a custom-fit protective cushion that is fast, easy-to-use and ideal for small-to-medium volume packaging applications. No system or warmer is required for room temperature, so the packaging can be activated at room temperature whenever and wherever it is needed.

Ready to use expanding foam packaging. Moulds to any shape. Suitable for fragile and export goods in transit.

The Instapak Quick Foam Packaging machine offers all the protection of foam-in-bag packaging in a easy to use compact for protecting goods during warehousing, shipping and general handling. It is suited to packaging goods of different sizes and larger items such as heavy engineering parts and automotive parts.

The machine is easy to set up and use and with its low set up costs is ideal for small to medium sized operations.

The foam expands in seconds up to 200 times its liquid volume to form custom-fit cushions to protect products of almost any size. As the machine is so fast bags can be produced "just in time" and storage and labour costs can be kept to a minimum. If disposed of the foam bags compact to approx 10% of their original volume in landfill.

The machine can produce the following sizes of foam cushions:
38 x 46cm - 48 bags per carton.
46 x 46cm - 42 bags per carton.
46 x 61cm - 30 bags per carton.
51 x 76cm - 30 bags per carton.
Instapak Quick warmer - 27 x 29 x 40cm - 18 bag capacity.
