Impulse heat sealers |
Available in 4 different sizes, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm
and 500mm with and without a cutter.

Impulse heat sealers are suitable for small packing of
all types of thermoplastic film. The heat sealers are
easy to operate, lightweight and have a variable sealing
time setting. The Impulse heat sealers are suitable for
packaging items that require a seal of up to 500mm, for
example, instruction books, stationery and nuts and bolts.

Shrink wrapping system

The kit is a low cost shrink wrapping system comprising
a 1400mm shrink wrapping heat sealer, a roll of film,
an unrolling device with a film separator bar, a table
and a multi-speed hot air gun.
The kit has everything you need to make a shrink wrapped
bag to seal your products and is an entry level low cost
system ideal for small businesses.
The shrink wrapping kit is suitable for packaging items
that require a seal up to 400mm, for example, software
boxes, stationery and nuts and bolts.

Instapak foam in place packaging machinery |

The Instapak range of foam in place machinery is designed
to protect products during shipping, warehousing and general
handling.The machinery is suitable for precision cushioning,
high speed void fill or heavy duty blocking and bracing.
The Instapak foam used expands up to 280 times its liquid
volume - the equivalent of a truckload of packaging materials
can be stored in two 210 litre drums saving valuable warehouse
space!
Instapak foam packaging is suitable for protecting a
wide range of products including wine, musical instruments,
exercise machines, lighting fixtures, electrical appliances,
computer hardware and furniture

Instapacker Tabletop Foam-in-Bag packaging machinery |
|
The Instapacker Tabletop Foam-in-Bag machine from
Sealed Air offers all the usual benefits of foam-in-bag
packaging including cost savings from reduced material,
storage and labour costs as well as offering a compact
tabletop design saving valuable workspace.
This machine is ideal for packaging high value small
sized items of a similar size such as electronic components.
Producing up to 16 bags per minute it is much faster
than the Instapak foam in place packaging machinery detailed
above.
The machine is easy to use with simple diagnostic indicators
showing the system status and offers 10 preset touch keys
control the amount of foam required. Perforated film with
a fixed bag size is used to keep matters simple and for
extra convenience there is an option to run continuous
bags or an adjustable time delay between bags can be set.
The Instapacker Tabletop is compatible with all Instapak
foams.

Audion vertical form fill sealing machine |
The machine can produce bags with widthes between 50mm
-190mm and lengthes between 50mm - 300mm.
The machine has a variety off seal options: gusset seal,
flat bottom, chain bags, clip closing, print seal system,
different profile sealing bars and varying punch hole
systems.
Optional extras: linear net weigher, multi head scales,
volumetric cup feeder systems, pump feeder systems for
liquids, auger fillers, vibration bowl, counting systems,
conveyor belt feeder systems, auger feeder systems and
a carry off conveyor belt.

The Audion vertical form fill sealing machine automatically
forms a bag, fills it with a products and then seals and
separates the finished package. It can produce different
shapes of bags and can produce up to 40 bags a minute.
The machine uses a single roll of flat material and seals
polyethylene, polypropylene and laminates without set-up
operations.
The machine is suitable for production processes where
small size packages of free flowing goods are produced
and as such is widely used in the food industry for goods
such as salt, water, coffee and deep frozen meat. Other
goods that can be packaged using this machine include
toys, chemicals, pet food and small machinery parts.

XCS 550 semi-automatic strapping machine |
The strapping machine can produce plastic straps between
5-12mm wide.

This is a competitively priced high tech powerful semi-automatic
strapping machine suitable for holding together items
in transit including tarpaulins, flat pack boxes and other
boxed items.
It is easy to use and has a compact control head for
easy maintenance, electronic tension control, sensor controlled
heat sealing blade and adjustable weld cooling time for
optimum joint efficiency. The machine also has an adjustable
table height to make life even easier for the operator.

The strapping machine can produce straps between 6 -16mm
wide.

The TMS 300 is a competitively priced powerful semi-automatic
strapping machine that is easy to operate and has external
tension control.
Like the XCS 500 it is suitable for businesses that need
to hold items together whilst in transit or storage including
tarpaulins, flat pack boxes and other boxed items.
